PropTaxLab Full Service Agreement

This agreement is between you ("Client") and PropTaxLab, operated by Enduring Retail Audit, LLC, a Delaware LLC.

Services. PropTaxLab will file a property tax protest with HCAD as your authorized agent, prepare evidence, negotiate through iSettle, and represent you at hearings if necessary.

Fee. 20% of first-year tax savings. No savings = $0. Payment due within 30 days of resolution.

Authorization. You authorize PropTaxLab to file protests, access your HCAD account, submit evidence, and represent you. We'll seek approval before accepting offers more than 5% above our recommended value.

Auto-Renewal. Renews annually. Cancel anytime by emailing hello@proptaxlab.com at least 30 days before next season.

Limitations. No guaranteed outcomes. Not a law firm or licensed appraiser. Liability limited to fees paid. Texas law governs. Disputes by arbitration in Harris County.
